Disable absolute and relative geolocation options

Nicolas Cadart requested to merge fix/DisableAbsoluteAndRelativeGeolocationOptions into master

If a GPS track is associated to a Lidar sensor, we can display it using the Geolocation toolbar. However, frame mapping (how to match GPS pose to Lidar frame) is broken since quite a long time. Until this is fixed, we disable the 2 problematic options, Absolute Geolocation and Relative Geolocation.
