On some systems a usage error was raised (vtkSMExtractDocumentation.cxx:982)

Haven't recieve word of any issues since RC1 release so we shall proceed with producing 3.8.1 final binaries.

Tentative fix that needs more testing, especially on 64 bit platforms.

We had a bug where the properties from each node where not being sent to the root process for collection and than propagted back to each node.

Updated the grid connectivity tests to also run in client server mode, since
the filter is now fixed.

When multiple fragments are found to be equivalent we need to update the integration arrays.

Changes so that I go through a better way to delete the proxies
in the coprocessing generated python script.

When a proxy variable goes out of scope in python the proxy is not
actually deleted.  This change deletes all of the temporary proxies
created during coprocessing.

There were also some unneeded print statements removed and fixed
a misspelling in servermanager.xml.

Added in the changes so that multiviews are properly supported
when outputting image data in the generated python script.  I
also made changes so that a proper file name is used for the
image files including extensions.

Before when the user had multiple views in their coprocessing script
and wanted to export images from their coprocessed simulations
it would output all of the views to the same file.  With these
changes it will export the different views to different files.

Changes so that the user can specify images in multiple views
to be exported from the script.  The plugin also checks that
there is some kind of output (either a file writer or exporting
an image) to make sure that a user doesn't run coprocessing
with their simulation without outputting any results.

Changed the Wizard style for creating the coprocessing script
from the plugin so that it should be the native style.  Also
made sure that the cancel button appears for the wizard
where it didn't before for Macs.

Also change release flags to build with 02 optimizations.
