    correctly solves the initial display problems on Windows.
BUG: Added event.Skip()s to some of the event handlers so that event
handling is correctly completed by wxPython 2.6.x.  Without these calls,
the wxVTKRWI on Windows would have focus problems and would not get any
keystrokes.
