ENH: add --conds parameter that will put @cond...@endcond directives around public:, protected: and private: section so that they can be ignored by Doxygen (especially the protected one). Add section_public, section_private and/or section_protected to ENABLE_SECTIONS in the doxyfile config to show the corresponding section (hidden by default)
