WIP: Throw error on WA_NativeWindow flag detection

The use of the native window flag when using a window container can cause
undesirable stacking issues within the widget.
Throw an error if the WA_Nativewindow flag is detected, the aim is to
check if there are still cases where this flag is forced to on by Qt.
