Add EnableOpacityMapping option to vtkPlotBar 

Add option to enable/disable mapping of opacity values when using the
lookup table in vtkPlotBar.
Add parameter to specify the desired output format in MapScalars for
vtkScalarsToColors. For backward compatibility reason, the default output
format is VTK_RGBA if no parameter is specified.
