reproducible builds
When compiling and installing the XDMF library twice, it will different results in the installed CMake files. This is because the CMake output contains unnecessary (debug?) information like XDMF_CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR
(instead of the CMake built-in CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR
).
Information on where the packages were built is irrelevant at best, and a security hole at worst. Let's remove those things.
