SetResolveCoincidentTopologyToPolygonOffset with opengl2

For two coincident polydata, if vtkMapper::SetResolveCoincidentTopologyToPolygonOffset() is called and EdgeVisibilityOn() is used for one of the polydata, the result is not the same between classic and OpenGL2 rendering backend. With OpenGL2, SetResolveCoincidentTopologyToPolygonOffset() seems to be ignored.
