      Fix For CIEDE2000 Color Interpolation Performance Decrease · edb19def

      The performance of the algorithm dropped after the last modification.
      This was caused by the mapping of the support colors triggering a
      recomputation of the interpolation path, which is a very costly operation.
      This fix changes the conditions, which trigger this recomputation, to take into
      account the mapping of the support colors if `forceExactSupportColors` is set
      to false (which is the default).

      Fixing Bugs In CIEDE2000 ColorInterpolation Method · 5d9e8279

      This fixes the steep color gradients appearing when using the Lab2000
      color interpolation method. Also an option was added to force the support
      colors to be exact as opposed to being snapped to grid. Since the visual
      results are better if thay snap to grid, the option is set to false by
      default.

      Fix some issues with shared textures · e5b8d3cb
      Ken Martin authored
      Move texture units into the OpenGLState class as they
      are part of the state. This commit fixes a few issues
      when textures were being shared between RenderWindows
      as they could end up using one render window for recording
      the texture unit and another for looking it up resulting in
      incorrect texture usage.
      
      Also fix a couple minor issues encountered as part of testing.
