Install tree doesn't export ospray:: so change to use
only public API. Then cleanup to the build tree path
in findospray. Finally, remove support for osp <0.10.

notes:
  ospray < 0.10 install tree seems broken
  change to public linking is because otherwise out tests can see
 0.10 install tree symbols
