vtkArrayCalculator: Ensure thread-safety for vtkBitArray
vtkArrayCalculator now used grain size to ensure that there is no thread-safety issue when vtkBitArray is the output type.
This MR will be merged and then #18549 (closed) will be removed from the exclusion list.
