vtkMultiBlockPLOT3DReader: auto-detection issues

Utkarsh Ayachit requested to merge utkarsh.ayachit/vtk:plot3d_autodetection_fixes into master

vtkMultiBlockPLOT3DReader was not respecting manually speciifed values if the auto-detection logic failed. This was causing paraview/paraview#20341 (closed).

Fixed that.
