Change the node numbering for vtkHigherOrderHexahedron to match VTK_QUADRATIC_HEXAHEDRON

Florian Maurin requested to merge florian360/vtk:FixNodeNumberingHigherOrderHexahedron into master

This change the node numbering of the Lagrange and Bezier Hexahedron such that when these cells are quadratic, the node numbering match VTK_QUADRATIC_HEXAHEDRON.
