Amr volume mapper

Sankhesh Jhaveri requested to merge sankhesh/vtk:amr_volume_mapper into master

Recently the InteractiveUpdateRate variable was removed from the smart volume mapper. This change fixes issues due to use of that variable in the AMR Volume Mapper.
