Fix regression in block color override in wasm composite mapper

Considers the MTime of vtkCompositePolyDataMapper when computing MTime of vtkOpenGLLowMemoryBatchedPolyDataMapper and vtkOpenGLBatchedPolyDataMapper.

The unit test added in first commit fails on wasm without the fix.
