Clear current cell/point selection arrays in RequestInformation

Joachim Pouderoux requested to merge jpouderoux/vtk:FixXMLReaderToClearSelectionArrays into master

This patch avoid the keep selected arrays which could have disapeared in the case RequestInformation is called again (eg if we change the FileName).

This patch will be needed for the WIP ParaView MR at paraview/paraview!523 (closed)
