vtkAngleRepresentation3D uses vtkHandleRepresentation

The 3d angle representation class inherits vtkHandleRepresentation from the angle representation super class, rather than using vtkHandleRepresentation3D.

This limits customisation of the widget as there is no GetProperty available on the 2d version.
