vtkTkRenderWidget doesn't work under OS X 10.6

The code for vtkTkRenderWidget does not compile under Mac OS X 10.6, a typecast is needed to make it compile. When it does compile, under tk 8.4.19, the RenderWindow is offset with respect to the containing tk widget, and under tk 8.5.7, the RenderWindow fails to bind to the tk widget altogether.
