vtkTransformPolyDataFilter changes unsigned chars to floats

If you have a polydata and you apply a vtkTransform to it with vtkTransformPolyDataFilter, it changes vtkUnsignedCharArray's into vtkFloatArray's. This is problematic particularly in Paraview when you are displaying colors from an UnsignedChar array, then you transform the polydata - the colors no longer work in paraview as they are now floats.
