Wrong derivatives computation in vtkTriQuadraticHexahedron
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
The numbering of the derivatives is wrong. The derivatives are computed in [-1; 1] but need to be converted in [0; 1] coordinates.
The attached patch fixes this issue, update the documentation to the correct numbering and fixes some typos.
The attached patch contains also the fixes of bug 3691.
