MacOS X dynamic loader doesn't read VTK-generated libraries

This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.

VTK currently only creates shared libraries (not bundles) on MacOS X. However, the vtkDynamicLoader class only uses the NSModule interface, instead of the mach-o interface, for loading objects. I'll attach a patch that should fix this and preserve the existing behavior.
