SetBackfaceCulling on one actor causes widget misbehaviour

SetBackfaceCulling(1) on an actor can cause other actors - in this case widgets to have no borders visible, and for text widgets, complete disappearance of all text.
Seems to be ok on linux (X) but causes trouble on windows
