Incompatibility with expat 2.6.0

The bug was first detected on the VTK discourse (I removed the link so gitlab does not complains about SPAM), were it was claimed that Arch package was responsible.

However, after reporting on Arch (again, I removed the link because of SPAM, please look for the papraview package at their gitlab), I am afraid the outcome is that VTK has become incompatible with expat-2.6.0

I looked for reported expat issues, and it seems this has not been reported yet. Unfortunately, I did not checked the latest version on the repo.
