vtkResliceImageViewer does not show cursors since VTK 9.1.0

Since VTK 9.1.0, the cursors of the vtkResliceImageViewer are not properly visible anymore. Sometimes some dots or line segments are shown though.

I tried the FourPaneViewer example as well as the corresponding tests (TestResliceCursorWidget2.cxx, ...). The cursors are visible when using VTK 9.0.0.
