VTK::FiltersCorePython-QuadricDecimation2 test exclusion
The VTK::FiltersCorePython-QuadricDecimation2 test is currently excluded on Windows CI. See the failure here. The test passed on the CI Windows branch based off of 64c97df4, so presumably something in that range is to blame.
