openfoam reader ignores noSlip type
as noted in openfoam issue #1981, some of the boundary handling can be quite misleading.
The OpenFOAM reader has some special provision for patches with a "values" entry. In some cases, this is also used to define cell-to-point interpolated values too. If this entry is missing, it uses the patch cell value instead. This works well for many cases, but for a noSlip boundary condition it is quite misleading.
Probably need some additional patch handling for particular types, without attempting to replicate all of OpenFOAM.
