"Error in cache state for GL_SCISSOR_BOX" resizing window of SimpleCocoaVTK example on macOS 10.14
On my MacPro5,1 running macOS 10.14.6 (newest supported), when I build and run VTK master's (e317c6b9) SimpleCocoaVTK example and resize the window, it spews this message repeatedly:

I tried to regress it, but it's been there a while, since at least e8ef93a0 but it got tricky to go further back than that due to so much else changing. I could persist if that'd help. But I'm hoping the error message and backtrace will be informative enough to someone that knows this code.
