Importing CSV using Table to Structured Grid Filter

Hi Everyone..

Actually i'm unable to import csv file using table to structured grid filter. i know how to adjust whole extent, but in my case my points are not exactly the cube. So i don't know how it will work.

my points in x are constant i.e 19 points in x direction my points in y & z are not constant they varies at some location, i.e at some locations in y direction i've 6 or 7 or 8 points, similarly in z direction i've 16 or 18 points.

i want to know is there any way that i can be able to use this filter for my further work.

any help would be appreciated.
