Failure to compile GL shader causes a segfault
When executing the C++ Cylinder example using VTK-7.1.1 on Windows, a crash occurs at launch (full log in GDB attached).vtk-glsl-crash.txt. Essentially, the shader fails to compile, because of a deprecation error:

Environment details:
- Dell Precision Workstation
- Windows 7 64-bit
- NVIDIA Quadro FX 5800
It may be an issue related to the driver and the workstation is pretty old, but still I wanted to report the issue to know if there is a known workaround.
