BUG: Now using NewInstance() to create new cameras. This fixes problems which occured when using mangled mesa.

FIX: use NO_SYSTEM_PATH ; cmaketest has to be found in the same path as the current cmake, but nowhere else (especially not another cmaketest in the PATH)

FIX: WORDS_BIGENDIAN conflicts with Python, and it's not useful anyway since it's defined in VTK's vtkConfigure.h

ENH: remove cosmetic feature, add more protection for these who changed their wrapping options in VTK after vtkMy cache has been created
