BUG: use sym links and not copy, because copy causes two copyis of the library to be loaded into java twice

ENH: This will copy files during build stage and not during cmake stage. This way if one of the .py files changes, the dependency checking will make sure that the file will be copied.

IF source dir name is a prefix of binary dir, the regular expression will always match. That is why you need to check the whole string. Anyway, this fixes build problem on systems where source dir is a prefix for binary dir.

BUG: vtkThreadedController is not available on some platforms.  Use vtkParallelFactory to test for existence of vtkParallelTCL instead.
