IF source dir name is a prefix of binary dir, the regular expression will always match. That is why you need to check the whole string. Anyway, this fixes build problem on systems where source dir is a prefix for binary dir.

I have implemented ReportCabilities(), SupportsOpenGL(), and
IsDirect() by querying the Cocoa NSOpenGLPixelFormat
structure. This makes the TestRenderWindow test more
informative--even though it now appears that test example is
no longer in the repository. Knowing how to do those
queries, I should be able to implement methods to request
the renderer in SetupPixelFormat().

I've been working on full screen support, but I haven't
managed to get that working yet. I do have GetScreenSize()
implemented to get the size of the screen properly. I still
have to determine how to do the remapping from windowed to
full screen mode.

BUG: Going back to separate VTKLibraryDepends.cmake file, but it is now generated by EXPORT_LIBRARY_DEPENDENCIES.  There are too many problems with the initial-pass/final-pass generation of dependencies into VTKConfig.cmake.

Start working on faster version, but the makefile generated is huge. Anyway, I added stuff, but is commented out. Maybe at some point we can do this
