Fixed bug in log coloring: Only class 'vtkLogLookupTable' was being considered when determining if log coloring was active.  vtkLookupTable and all of its subclasses can have log coloring, which should be handled by the new code.

This commit was manufactured during conversion from CVS to merge the
end of the ParaView 1.4 release branch.

ENH: Fix to make system information test print the cache from the topmost project built.  This way it will work even when VTK is a subproject of an outer project.

a) new version of tools like Doxygen and Graphviz now set install path info in win32 registery. Update the CMake modules.
b) remove DOT_PATH from CMake module, it was polluting the cache (can be computed from DOT, update project's CMakeLists.txt accordingly if DOT_PATH is not defined)
