Remove dependency to vtkPlaneCollection, vtkPlane, vtkPlanes, and vtkTimerLog in vtkAbstractMapper.h. This will probably break Windows and mac build, but i will try to fix it quickly

and leave events.  Fixed.

Conversion of vtkPlaneWidget to make use of this new class.
Conversion of vtk{Line,Sphere}Widget follows shortly.

better checking of element type; initializing NumberOfComplexVariables at start of reading case file

     where TransformInputSampling was not used (for people who explicitly
     used SetOutputOrigin, SetOutputExtent, SetOutputSpacing the bad line
     of code will never have been executed).
