Make it a direct subclass of vtkVRRenderWindowInteractor remove
duplicated code. Remove extra matrix allocations. Consolidate code. Fix
some issues related to interaction such as where the OpenXRCamera was
not setting the required ivars on the Camera causing interaction
to fail.
