vtkImplicitImageRepresentation is a representation for the
vtkImplicitPlaneWidget2. It is designed to provide rapid
reslice (using vtkImageReslice) and interaction with a volume
(i.e., 3D image). It is a simpler version of vtkImagePlaneWidget
with an intuitive method of interacting with the slice plane.
