Added the classes vtkSurfaceNets2D and vtkConstrainedSmoothingFilter to implement the
2D surface nets algorithm. Also added supporting classes to extract edges more
efficiently (vtkExtractEdges) and lookup up labels more efficiently (vtkLabelMapLookup).
Documentation was added to several classes to reflect these additions.
