ENH:  Remove unecessary and deprecated-in-MacOSX-10.4 code.
      The code, which existed in revision 1.1, seemed to come from a sample
      program at developer.apple.com, which combined quicktime with opengl.
      We don't draw quicktime movies in opengl, and the code isn't found in
      other samples.
