Li-Ta Lo requested to merge pkf/vtk-m:cosmo-tools into master

Cosmology friend-of-friends halo finder and two most bound particle center of halo finders. First is an N^2 algorithm to find the particle of minimum potential and the second is a faster version of that which relies on binning of particles and making estimates to reduce the problem to MxN.
