CI: macOS is not pinning to a specific directory

dragnipur has a lot of build trees laying around from various users because the default paths are used. Instead, please consider using a GIT_CLONE_PATH setting to make sure that all builds happen in a single path. This will also help with cache hits by avoiding unnecessary path differences. I suspect Windows may be doing something similar.
