Installation of example souces can´t be disabled when VTKm_ENABLE_EXAMPLES is ON

Building the examples and installing the corresponding sources as doc files are obviously two quite orthogonal things.

2nd, the VTKm_INSTALL_EXAMPLES option name is quite misleading, as it affects source installation.
