VTKm needs a test to verify install works.

@robertmaynard @kmorel It is no long possible to install vtkm, thus breaking downstream builds. This happened somewhere in updating the test build / testing infrastructure changes.

Now VTK-m needs a test that verifies that the vtk-m install works correctly.
