Internally it was already using EPICK because if you give
Simple_Cartesian points to advancing_front_reconstruction,
the first thing it does is to convert to EPICK.

No change for CDT2, but makes it easier to swap to other triangulations

Other failures are caught by the larger try-catch block

can be built, and whether it will be valid or not.
