In preparation for making ParaViewSuperbuild development scripts mirror
VTK/ParaView source trees, moving Scripts/GitSetup to
Utilities/GitSetup.

Added a mechanism to use existing ParaView source checkout. This will
make testing with user forks easier.

To specify as PARAVIEW_SOURCE_DIR, one has to ENABLE_paraview and then
turn off ParaView_FROM_GIT and enable ParaView_FROM_SOURCE_DIR.

If the value is set elsewere, it can leak into here. And since all these
files are included, they all share a variable scope.

Also clean up an if statement.

The problem was that if building our own python, the executable
could get confused and use the system python libraries with our
own built python executable.  This is no longer an issue since
we build the superbuild'sm python with rpaths.

Some source bits are stored internally at Kitware and we lack (source)
redistribution rights for them, so add an option which, by default,
hides genericio, acusolve, vistrails, and their dependents from the
superbuild to avoid confusion by people who don't have access to them.

Force the search for 2.7 if the superbuild built a Python. Pushing from
our Python works bettern where a system Python is used (and could be
2.6).

62ee938f qt: work around a bug in Qt's build system

c4df62a0 paraview: look for the built Python version

See the comment in the code for what the bug is and the dates there show
that it has been around for a long time. Since no fix has come from
neither upstream nor anyone else who has been hit with this, just add a
hack to get around the problem.
