This add the Gmsh project and enable the related GmshIO plugin
when activated.

Things to adapt after the NVIDIA IndeX libraries have been shipped:
- Run extract-index.sh and update MD5 checksums to those of the generated files.
- Update the date in "nvidia-index-libs-5.9.00000000".
- Move DEFAULT from 2.4 to 5.9.

This commit also adds POWER9 (ppc64le) libraries.

picks up a fix for volume shadows and AMR volume placement
bump removes patches that have since been upstreamed including
anchors, which now always search path first before searching from
anchor point.

The older version is used otherwise because the old package builder has
an older Xcode setup.

The tarball has an updated version of libHoloPlayCore.dylib that
supports macos 10.12.

This adds a new project 'lookingglass' to build the LookingGlass
plugin for ParaView.

Point to a newer source archive to support the HID interface. HID
enables vrpn_server to interface with various USB devices. The
vrpn-wait3-removal.patch is no longer needed with the updated code, so
it has been removed.

Support for linux adds a dependency on libusb. Configuring devices USB
devices on linux requires some tricky configuraiton as well, so we
skip enabling HID on linux for now.

Updates to build ospray 2.2. This results in updates to other ospray
dependencies to match recommended versions.

Also adds new project required by ospray including openvkl, ospcommon
and ospraymodulempi.

Adding a new project that simply builds the ParaView launchers.
Currently, we're only doing these on linux.

Catalyst editions no longer exist with 5.8. Remove them.

ParaView now natively supports reading boxlib files through the new
AMReX readers.
