The vs2013-x64 source has been reuploaded with the windows-x64 name as
well to unify naming conventions.

We pick up hexes and wedges in ugrid volumes, a big memory leak
fix, and improved materials like the Principled and CarPaint.

Intel SKX instruction set detection seems broken, so I am
disabling it by default.

this brings in vs2015 support.

A corresponding change in application makes ParaView look for them
where we install them here.
