It doesn't work with the two-pass system properly.

The target's don't exist by this name until after the files have been
read.

Switching OSMesa off after it was on does not leave ParaView's cache
with an accurate description of what it really should be building. Set
the relevant cache variables based on osmesa's and egl's settings.
