check: add options to customize check names

Currently we always name the checks

  • ghostflow-branch-check-$branch
  • ghostflow-commit-check

We should be able to customize these so that on a given deployment the application name or something like that can be used.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
