* Updated szip to announce location of its libs cleanly to dependent
  iprojects.
  * Updated hdf5 to reply on szip to declare its variables.
  * Added patch to fix install rules for cmake version of szip.
  * Making windows version of zsip use the cmake version of build process.

Things seem to work until hdf5. Currently stopped at SILO.
