1) I changed the version number in build_visit to 2.12.1.

2) I removed some logic to copy jade host profiles in visit-install-closed.

3) I removed the "parallel interactive pdebug" host profile from jade
   since that queue has been removed.

4) I replaced hitit with winnipeg.

5) I modified the open install script to do the install on quartz through
   ssh. I modified the closed install script to do the install on jade 
   through ssh.
